A  Toddler's Confident

Some of you may have already received this photo in an email, but I thought it was so cute I am posting it anyway.

Jason and Timiko came over today.  Jason took a nap and Danyale thought it was a cuddling session and she moved in on Timiko.  Timiko is feeling the love.

Sweets had a rough weekend.  She received news this week that her daddy's mother has cancer and she may not live out the year.  She went down to visit her Mawmaw and was very distressed to see how hard it is for her to breathe and how easily she is exhausted.   Sweets is hoping treatment can help.  She is in need of your prayers for strength and healing.

Jason loves Timiko's beautiful green eyes, but me, I am partial to her dimpled smiles. 

It is that time of year again.  Its rose time again.  I love my rose bushes.  They can be so rewarding.

You know my grandmother, Mimi, used to take pictures of her flowers and I thought she was pretty lame to do so.  Live long enough and you realize that you can be pretty lame, too. 

  Dawg's New Tattoo

My Dawg got a new tattoo today. 

This was something Dawg saw on a motorcycle fender

The tattoo artist drew it free handed from a cell phone picture.

The puppies underneath his arm kind of detracts from the bad-ass nature of the art work

We had a nice quiet Easter weekend.  Danyale went Easter egg hunting in the park on Saturday.  She became a bunny.   And my parents came for lunch on Sunday.

Sweets has lost a lot of weight in the last few months.  She is looking very healthy and happy these days.
